In this day long tutorial Jeffery Payne will talk about agile – looking at why it works but also exploring why agile projects sometimes fail, highlighting specifically some of the root causes of failure he has encountered across hundreds of projects and what attendees can do to avoid these common pitfalls on their own projects.
