Jira & Xray, Why SBB will never be the same

While other testers & companies already moved to Jira and Confluence, Swiss Federal Railway’s test engineers were left behind with HP ALM. Shortly after, problems that started as misunderstandings had escalated into complete communication silos—and even refusal to work between teams.
But there was a bright spot: independently and of free will, the teams started working in parallel to move off their outdated tools and transition to a better collaboration model.
Join Andreas Wieczorek as he explores that transition, the challenges they faced, and the benefits of using tightly connected tools with the same UX to empower diverse roles and skillsets to work together better than before with a fully integrated Atlassian solution enhanced with a specific tool for Test Management, Xray for Jira.
