At the EuroSTAR Software Testing Conference in Manchester, after another very successful conference, we asked you, the software testing community, one question….

What is the most important skill a tester should have?

These are your answers from a conversation with Tony Bruce at EuroSTAR 2011 last November. Do you agree or disagree with the testers in this video? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.

We would like to thank everyone who got involved, and especially Tony Bruce who helped make this video possible. We would also like to thank Huib Schoots, who came up with the question.

A little more about Tony:

Tony Bruce is a professional, experienced, constantly learning, coaching and teaching agile team member who specialises in Testing. He has worked in various industries with organisations such as Channel 4, Ernst & Young, LMAX and The Children’s Society. He is an active member of the Testing community, he hosts the London Tester Gathering and speaks at conferences all over the world. And in case his accent has you flummoxed, it’s 1-part Aussie, 1-part English and 1-part American.
