So you have booked your ticket for EuroSTAR 2017 and and are now wondering how do I get there?

Well you have a few options depending on how you plan to travel to EuroSTAR this year?

The Conference this year will be held at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen. The Bella Centre is located about 6 kilometres away from Copenhagen Airport and 8 kilometres away from Copenhagen city centre so it is quite accessible. But how do you get there. Well there are a few options.

Travel To Copenhagen

There is a few ways to get to Copenhagen if you are planning to attend EuroSTAR.

For most of you, travelling to EuroSTAR will involve some sort of air travel. Copenhagen is well served with Copenhagen Airport nearby. Copenhagen Airport serves a wide range of international and domestic flights.  To get from the airport to the Bella Centre will cost you about DKK 150-200 in a taxi. Alternatively you can use public transport.

The Bella Centre runs an Airport Shuttle bus which operates from 6am to 11pm every day every thirty minutes. The price is DKK 15 each way. There are only fifteen seats on the bus and are filled on a first come, first served basic so make sure to get there early.  The Bus can be found at the airport at the airport information desk you will find the hotel’s iPad with a guide to the shuttle parking spot by Terminal 2. At the Bella Centre,  you can catch the bus shuttlebus  outside hotel reception.

The Bella Centre is connected by a number of different train routes. Ørestad Station is just adjutant to the Bella Centre where you can get a regional or Metro train to.

Intercity Trains DO NOT currently stop at Ørestad Station.  You can find out more and book your train via DSB.

The Bella Center has a dedicated metro station (by the east entrance) and provides easy access to Copenhagen city centre. Visit Metro website for more.

If you are driving to EuroSTAR 2017, the Bella Centre has ample parking. To get to the Bella Centre get to the E20 motorway. Exit 19 called “Ørestad”  is the exit for the Bella Centre.
Parking is DKK 20/hour and is a minimum of DKK 15 and maximum of DKK 80 for 24 hours.

Public Transport

Other forms of transport to take are bus and bicycle. The bus timetable can be found on the transport company DOT’s website or use Rejseplanen to plan your trip with public transport.

As Copenhagen is the city very friendly to bicycles, you can rent a bicycle and make your way to the event in your own time.

Accommodation in Copenhagen

There are a number of options for accommodation for the Conference.

The Bella Centre has three different hotels located onsite to suit everyones needs.

AC Hotel Bella

Located onsite at the Conference venue, the AC Bella Hotel offers a very spacious and very near space to lay your head over the course of the Conference. That is not all, the hotel features two bars and wealth of dining options.

Other Hotels

EuroSTAR Conferences has agreed preferential rates for attendees, speakers and exhibitors planning their stay in Copenhagen for the 2017 EuroSTAR Conference. Copenhagen Hotel Booking Service portal will allow you to book your stay in Copenhagen with a choice of hotels around the city.

Other Accommodation Options in Copenhagen

One of the obvious options is AirBnB. There are a number of locations available for the Conference week. If you would like something different, CouchSurfing allows you to get to know Copenhagen while spending some time with people who live in Copenhagen and can tell you about the city and what to see and do.

    Just as addition:
I think the metro side is horrible if you simply want to find out how and when to get from one place to the other. The better link for this is
