As quality coaches, we strive to support and inspire our teams in their quality engineering journey.

Yet, in the rush to meet business needs, teams often neglect improvements and technical debt. We believe that taking time now will save time tomorrow. So, how can we support teams to act? In this workshop, we will use the power of GenAI as one of the tools you can use as a quality coach, you will practice with prompts to gain inspiration, information, and ask better questions these steps.

Along the way, we’ll provide tips to manage your GenAI coach, helping you decide which ideas to explore. What will we do? We will start with an example challenge for our story line. In step one you will analyze the actual root cause. The second step involves selecting a tool based on that root cause to engage the team in finding solutions.

Finally, turn the team experience into a learning opportunity, fostering awareness. In each of these steps, GenAI prompts help you to be well prepared for your quality coaching. Emna Ayadi

Sogeti, France

Emna is a passionate tester from Tunisia, who started her career in IT in 2015. She got the chance to work on multinational projects combined between testing and quality coaching roles. Currently, she works at Sogeti France.

She is an international speaker and workshop facilitator. She has spoken at several testing and agile conferences. She has contributed to 2 books, one as a co-author and one as translator.

Eveline Moolenaars

Sogeti, Netherlands

Eveline is a Senior Agile Quality Coach and Quality Engineer from the Netherlands with over 20 years of experience in testing and quality engineering. She has contributed to the book Quality for DevOps Teams and leads quality engineering initiatives, facilitates workshops, and coaches teams on improving quality during digital transformations.

She is passionate about finding new ways to help organizations focus on quality and testing. Eveline regularly speaks at industry conferences, sharing her insights and engaging with the community.
