The 2025 EuroSTAR Software Testing Conference is taking place 3-6 June in the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). We’re excited to bring the test community together to talk all things AI.

Ticket Prices

We currently have 1, 2, 3 and 4 day conference tickets available. Prices start from €895 + VAT, and you can save more by booking a team.

Book a group and combined with current ticket prices for extra savings.

All prices are subject to VAT.

Delegate Access

There are no physical tickets. Book online and please bring your photo ID to the conference centre on the first day you are attending EuroSTAR. Detailed Joining Instructions will be sent to you in June.

We love having full teams at EuroSTAR, so as always, group bookings can save more.

• 3-4 tickets: save 10%

Payment Options

All prices are in euro (€) and are subject to UK VAT. We accept payment via credit card or by invoice – in the case of invoice you have 30 days to make payment. From 4 weeks out we move to credit card payment only.

Dietary Requirements

After you register, please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have.

We cannot guarantee that every event venue can support all dietary requests, but with advance notice, we can request options and develop a plan for your meals. Please email us with your dietary request.

Code of Conduct

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. See our Code of Conduct in full.

Safety Measures

As the event will take place in Edinburgh, we will follow the Scottish regulations and recommendations for best event practice and procedures. 

Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?

Yes, absolutely, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to a colleague, either in their own company or another company (with written confirmation from the existing bill payer). Name changes are free of charge right up to the day of the conference.

Cancellations Policy

In the case of ticket cancellation – the following fees will apply:

• From 12 weeks prior to the event, cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration fee.  
• From 6 weeks cancellations are subject to a 50% administration fee.  
• From 3 weeks onwards – all tickets are 100% non-refundable and full invoices will be due on cancellation or non-attendance.

Do I need a VISA?

As of April 2024, the UK has introduced new travel rules for visitors, including the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) system for certain nationalities.

Here’s what you need to know:

Irish Citizens

• No ETA is required for Irish passport holders.

All Other Attendees

• You may need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) depending on your nationality.
• Use the UK Government’s tool to check if you need one:
