No problem, you can book tickets now and add the names later.
Tickets are transferable, so you can transfer your ticket to a colleague right up to the day of the conference
We accept payment via credit card or by bank transfer up to the end of April, after that it’s by credit card only
Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, this is not your ticket. We do not issue tickets by email or post. All access passes will be collected onsite at the registration desk when you arrive at EuroSTAR, and must be worn at all times.
Yes — absolutely. If you are paying by card, please contact the team before purchasing the additional tickets so we can issue a discount code and ensure your team receives the correct team rate.
A team booking applies when purchasing 3 or more tickets in one booking or under the same company group.
VAT will be applied in accordance with Norwegian regulations. Further details are available upon request.
Access to tutorials depends on the ticket type selected. 4-Day Conference Tickets include access to all tutorials, which take place on Monday 15th June.
