I’ll guide you step by step, from the theory to the actual development, so you can customize your own AI helper for your daily work.

This tutorial dives into how Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), an innovative AI framework, can significantly improve software testing. RAG combines the strengths of information retrieval with AI-generated content, making it a powerful tool for generating test cases closely aligned with product requirements.

Participants will work with a pre-configured RAG model, learning to implement key components, fine-tune the model, and ingest product requirements, test cases, technical information, and more to support their daily tasks. This interactive session will empower attendees to experiment with the RAG model’s output, gaining hands-on experience in adjusting settings to enhance accuracy and relevance.

By the end of the session, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of how to use and customize RAG to optimize their testing workflows. They will learn how to develop and deploy a solution that provides valuable context, detailing how the System Under Test (SUT) should operate, identifying existing test cases, and outlining the technical aspects of the product.

I am an IT Architect based in Barcelona, specializing in Test Engineering and Backend development. My career spans various industries, with a focus on the health sector, where I have developed data platform test strategies, particularly for ETL processes.

Currently, I am working on implementing AI in testing to enhance automation and efficiency. I have extensive experience in DevOps, backend development, cloud computing, and testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software.

Additionally, I teach at Pompeu Fabra University, mentoring future IT professionals. I am committed to continuous learning and sharing my knowledge to drive growth and excellence.
