Adam is a seasoned agile consultant specializing in helping organizations optimize their processes and navigate the integration of artificial intelligence. He combines experience in large-scale agile transformations from his role as a Senior RTE at Vonage with hands-on, innovative leadership as the former CTO of Space to Grow, an AI-first startup.

In his CTO role, Adam built a technology team from the ground up and spearheaded the launch of a flagship Generative AI product designed to empower organizational leaders. A passionate educator, he hosts workshops on leadership, Agile practices, and he designed and teaches his own course on leveraging Generative AI for MBA students at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
