Previously she led enterprise accessibility at Navy Federal Credit Union. She contributes to the W3C Accessibility Guidelines Working Group and her credentials include CPWA, DHS Trusted Tester, PMP, SAFe Agilist, and APX.

Ina Tsvetkova is a Senior Advisor in Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design at the Norwegian Directorate of Labour and Welfare (NAV). She is a PhD candidate in Computer Science, IAAP Nordic Advisory Council member, Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA), DHS Trusted Tester, and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager and Test Analyst.
