Diego Molina
Senior Field Solutions Engineer – Sauce Labs, Spain
Diego Molina is a Senior Field Solutions Engineer at Sauce Labs and a project lead for the Selenium project. With a deep passion for testing, Diego enables engineers through practical tooling, infrastructure work, and hands-on Selenium workshops.
A familiar face on the conference circuit, he regularly speaks at Selenium, Appium, and testing-focused events. When he’s not on stage, you’ll find him on the Selenium Slack channel helping the community solve real problems in real time.
His day-to-day work at Sauce Labs keeps him close to the challenges of testing at scale, from managing complex repositories to evaluating where AI tooling genuinely helps versus where it just adds noise. That hands-on experience shapes his core belief: intentional tool choice, not tool volume, is what separates signal from noise.
