Where & When
The 2026 EuroSTAR Software Testing Conference is taking place 15-18 June in the Nova Spektrum, Oslo. We’re excited to bring the test community together to talk all things Testing.

Tickets
Book a group and combined with current ticket prices for extra savings.
Delegate Access
There are no physical tickets. Book online and please bring your photo ID to the conference centre on the first day you are attending EuroSTAR. Detailed Joining Instructions will be sent to you in June.
Group Offers
We love having full teams at EuroSTAR, so as always, group bookings can save more.
- 3-4 tickets: save 10%
- 5-9 tickets: save 20%
- 10 tickets: save 30%

Payment Options
All prices are in euro (€) and are subject to VAT. We accept payment via invoice – in the case of invoice you have 30 days to make payment. From 4 weeks out we move to credit card payment only.

Dietary Requirements
After you register, please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have.
We cannot guarantee that every event venue can support all dietary requests, but with advance notice, we can request options and develop a plan for your meals. Please email us with your dietary request.
Code of Conduct
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. See our Code of Conduct in full.
Safety Measures
As the event will take place in Oslo, we will follow the Norwegian regulations and recommendations for best event practice and procedures.
Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?
Yes, absolutely, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to a colleague, either in their own company or another company (with written confirmation from the existing bill payer). Name changes are free of charge right up to the day of the conference.
Cancellations Policy
In the case of ticket cancellation – the following fees will apply:
- From 12 weeks prior to the event, cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration fee.
- From 6 weeks cancellations are subject to a 50% administration fee.
- From 3 weeks onwards – all tickets are 100% non-refundable and full invoices will be due on cancellation or non-attendance.

Pursuant to the requirements of the VAT Authority, VAT may only be reclaimed once the service has been fully rendered – in this instance, upon completion of the conference.
Therefore, a pro-forma invoice has been issued, setting out the anticipated VAT amount for your reference. Following the conclusion of the conference, a formal VAT invoice will be provided. This final invoice will enable you to reclaim the VAT in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Do I need a VISA?
Some people do not need a visa to visit Norway if they hold a passport from a country that has a visa exemption agreement with Norway. This exemption may also apply if you have a residence permit in an EU/EEA country or hold a special passport.
