Where & When
The 2026 EuroSTAR Software Testing Conference is taking place 15-18 June in the Nova Spektrum, Oslo. We’re excited to bring the test community together to talk all things testing.
Gala Dinner & Awards Night
This year’s Gala Dinner takes place in Wallmans, Mølleparken 6, 0459 Oslo. The Gala Dinner is an optional add-on when you are booking your conference ticket, and it’s €125.
To get to Wallman’s, take tram 11, 12, or 18 to Biermanns gate, Bus 34 and 54 to Alexander Kiellands plass, or Bus 21 to Sannergata. Doors open at 18:30, and the show starts at 19:30. Dress code: Smart casual.
As part of the Gala Dinner celebration, the EuroSTAR Software Testing Awards takes place, where we celebrate our inspirational community of testers who continuously strive to improve software testing for everyone.

Delegate Access
There are no physical tickets. Book online and please bring your photo ID to the conference centre on the first day you are attending EuroSTAR. Detailed Joining Instructions will be sent to you in June.

Dietary Requirements
After you register, please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have.
We cannot guarantee that every event venue can support all dietary requests, but with advance notice, we can request options and develop a plan for your meals. Please email us with your dietary request.
Safety Measures
As the event will take place in Oslo, we will follow the Norwegian regulations and recommendations for best event practice and procedures.
Cancellations Policy
In the case of ticket cancellation – the following fees will apply:
- From 12 weeks prior to the event, cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration fee.
- From 6 weeks cancellations are subject to a 50% administration fee.
- From 3 weeks onwards – all tickets are 100% non-refundable and full invoices will be due on cancellation or non-attendance.
Visa Requirements
If visas are required, please email us. Visas can be processed after tickets are registered and paid for.
