Delegate Access Badge

Your conference badge and materials will be issued to you when you arrive at the venue. Please bring photo ID – there are no physical tickets.

Collection Times: Daily 08:00-09:00 CEST. You can collect your badge on the first day you attend the conference.

Conference App

All attendees will be sent an access link to the EuroSTAR app (hosted on Whova) on the 11th June.

This is where you’ll get live updates on conference events, ask questions, and talk to the community. The EuroSTAR team will be available to answer questions on the app from Thursday 11th June – Thursday 18th June from 8:00-20:00.

Tutorial Selection

All tutorials for Monday 15th June are pre-selected. Please ensure you review your selected tutorials. If you have any queries, contact info@eurostarconferences.com.

Badge Scanning

All conference badges contain a QR code and this can be scanned by exhibitors to receive an attendee’s name, email, company, country and job title. Delegates must give verbal consent for an exhibitor to be given permission to scan their QR code.

EuroSTAR at Night

Once the talks finish each day, it’s on to our EuroSTAR at Night networking events. Reconnect at the EXPO Networking Evening, celebrate testing excellence and make lifelong memories.

EXPO Networking Evening

Tues 16th June

Kick off the conference by coming together for an evening of pizza, beer, conversation and connections in the EXPO area. Access is included with all tickets.

Wed 17th June

Enjoy a 3 course dinner and drinks in Wallman’s, featuring breathtaking acrobatics, and music. This was an optional inclusion in your ticket and will be indicated on your delegate badge.

Wellness Activities

Wellness is very much part of our conference, and we encourage our community to self organise activities such as morning runs, city walks, and exploring what Oslo has to offer. Create events on the conference app and use the EuroSTAR Community Hub as your meeting point. This is a great way to meet new people and refresh outside of the official talk schedule.
