We are seeking enthusiastic testers to be part of our team, from 7-10 June, and in return you’ll have the opportunity to attend talks and build your professional network within the European testing community.
Check out the EuroSTAR Programme to see what you will be part of. Then view each of the volunteer areas below for details on what is required. Fill in the form at the end to apply!
**Applications are now closed for the EuroSTAR 2022 Volunteer Programme**.
What Do EuroSTAR Volunteers Do?
Volunteers exchange work for an opportunity to attend talks and workshops at the EuroSTAR Software Testing Conference. This year, there are 4 main areas where volunteers can get involved as part of our team.

EuroSTAR Cadets
Get involved in every part of the conference: whether it’s directing attendees, assisting in tutorials, or helping at the information desk, being a EuroSTAR Cadet means you explore the conference from a different perspective.
The EuroSTAR Cadets role runs over the four days of the event, with allocated shifts giving you the opportunity to attend sessions.

Huddle Hosts
This role involves a variety of different duties. You might be hosting an Ask me Anything session with one of our EuroSTAR speakers, lead the way with a Community Session on Diversity or run a Lean Coffee discussion.
You can also take part in the background planning and running the Huddle events as part of the EuroSTAR 2022 community programme.

Test Lab Masters
As a Test Lab Master, you will create games, puzzles, and bug hunts to challenge the minds of the testers.
The Test Lab is usually a 15 minute session taking place during breaks and lunches.

Test Clinic Doctors
The Test Clinic is like a “doctor’s clinic” for testing problems. Software testers come here to ask for help with day to day testing issues which you then help to solve.
Test Clinics will run during breaks and lunches. They are usually 15 minutes and will be a mix of public sessions, or private sessions by appointment.
