What you will learn
- When I'm frustrated it is a sign that I see the other person at fault.
- Cognitive biases prevent me from seeing how I'm contributing to the outcomes I complain about.
- I can do deliberate practice to gain the skills to change my contribution, and end up with better outcomes.
Check out this video from Jeffrey Fredrick and Douglas Squirrel to hear more about their talk on Frustrated? It might be your fault!
We look forward to welcoming you to EuroSTAR 2021, 28-30 Sept!
