Get ready for busy breaks & lunch times!
Stand personnel are invited to avail of all lunches and snacks served in the EXPO Hall. Coffee is available all day. We schedule exhibitor lunches 30mins before the main delegate lunch time on Wednesday and Thursday, so you have the option to keep ‘working’ and maximize your facetime with delegates.

Exhibitor Stand Personnel Badges
Stand personnel badges can be collected from the expo team at any time during build-up on Monday. Anyone who is unable to attend EXPO Build on Monday can collect their badges from 08:00 – 10:00 on Tuesday 16th June in the EXPO Hall. Badges must always be worn when in the expo hall.

In the EXPO you will also find the Community Hub which is a central meeting point for delegates and a wonderful place to hang out!
EuroSTAR Community Hub
The EuroSTAR online community comes into physical being at the conference each year. Over the course of the week, you can get involved with events including Lean Coffee, Insight Sharing, Speed Meets, Topic Tables and Couch Sessions with speakers. You can also head to the Community Hub to relax, get stickers and prizes, and make new friend
Passport Around the EXPO
As part of our commitment to our Sponsors, we introduced the popular ‘passport around the expo’ competition. It actively encourages conference attendees to spend time in the EXPO area and visit booths.
Every delegate will receive a passport in their conference bag, delegates will need to visit the expo to collect stamps to be in with a chance to win the first ticket to EuroSTAR 2027.
The Challenge will run from Tuesday morning to 11:15 Thursday.
EXPO Prize Giving
All participating sponsors and exhibitors are to meet at the EuroSTAR Demo Area at 13:05 on Thursday 18h June. The Prize giving will begin at 13:15 and will open with EuroSTAR announcing the winners of Passport Around the EXPO and introducing the EXPO Prize Giving. Each sponsor and exhibitor will have 30 seconds to announce their winner. Once the winner is found, you will move to our designated photo area to take pictures with them.

Early Bird Exhibitors 2027
Sponsors and exhibitors will have early access to the 2027 floor plan. The venue and dates of next year’s conference will be announced at the Closing Session on Thursday. We invite all stand personnel to attend the closing conference keynote and the 2027 big reveal on Thursday from 11:15.
We are keen to give the first opportunities for next year to existing customers, so please contact us to chat about your plans and requirements, we would be delighted to help.
Do not forget we have a €500 early bird discount for sponsors and exhibitors who re-sign for 2027. Just get your booking form submitted by 31st July 2026.
