Jome Maria Princil is QA Lead at Funda Real Estate B.V., the leading real estate state platform in the Netherlands. She has over 18 years of experience in ICT, specializing in Quality Assurance. She started off her career as a data-warehouse tester, transitioning to game development and testing, ending up finally in web and app testing.

She is passionate about developing a deeper understanding of what makes testing effective and what doesn’t. She is constantly fascinated about developments that lead to better testing and more value for end users. She is also an avid reader and movie buff.

Oliver Heldt

CipSoft, GmbH Germany

I’m Oliver Heldt and testing games at CipSoft in Regensburg. We develop vibrant online game worlds, and I’ve been part of the testing team for many years. Before joining CipSoft, i spent a long time as a systems administrator, where troubleshooting and problem-recreation were already my daily bread.

In 2015, I went to the automotive industry as a software tester. I was heavily involved with games in my youth, which is why I was drawn to the games industry in 2017. Today i put a lot of heart and soul into our games, creativity, and a healthy dose of exploration.

I am a Passionate QA who took the ‘not so standard’ route into the industry. I started off my career working in horseracing!

I started my testing career testing a combination of hardware and software in a medical company before moving over to a soley software based role. Very quickly my passion and enthusiasm led me to be the QA lead at a start-up where my drive to improve quality practices across the entire buisness blossomed.

I aim to share my passion and drive with others in order to help build out better quality practices across the board.

Ard Kramer

Ard is a software tester from the Netherlands working at OrangeCrest. He calls himself a Qualisopher: someone “who loves truth and wisdom and at the same time is decisive to improve people and their environment.” This perspective shapes his work in software testing and beyond.

As a former volleyball coach and current sport leader, Ard applies lessons from the court—focus, teamwork, and resilience—to quality and testing. His dream as a Qualisopher is to contribute to diverse projects in sports, culture, and IT, always seeking to learn, share, and create meaningful impact.

A member of the German Testing Board, she actively drives the development of industry quality standards.

Szilárd Széll is a DevOps and AI Transformation Lead, Test Coach, and SAFe 6.0 SPC at Eficode. He has 25 years of experience with DevOps transformation, especially in the telco industry, and lately focusing on AI. He has also worked as an assessor, trainer, facilitator, and coach, and was awarded Tester of the Year 2024 in Finland.

Maria Whaibe is a computer and communication engineer who’s always eager to learn, grow, and help other people grow!

Always eager to explore new avenues, after completing her MBA, she took a bold step by establishing her own testing company, GRIS, in Lebanon. As the co-founder and driving force behind GRIS, she has successfully built a diverse portfolio of services, including outsourcing, training, and auditing & consultancy.

One thing that she has always been passionate about is providing training for people and helping them grow, specifically by focusing on integrating management and leadership skills with the testing world.
