Szilard Szell

DevOps Transformation Lead – Eficode, Finland

Szilard is a DevOps Transformation Lead, Test Coach and SAFe 6.0 SPC at Eficode. He has years of experience with DevOps transformation especially in the telco industry. He also worked as a team lead, assessor, trainer, facilitator, and coach in test automation and testing process improvement areas.

Szilard is very much involved in the testing community. He is active in the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) working groups and a member of the Hungarian Software Testing Board (HTB). For many years, Szilard have been working on and supporting conferences like HUSTEF, UCAAT, and EuroSTAR, and Eficode’s very own The DevOps Conference (TDOC). In his personal life, he enjoys kayaking on the sea, playing with LEGO and being tested by his teenage daughter 🙂

Ina Tsvetkova

Senior Adviser in Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design – NAV IKT, Norway

Ina Tsvetkova is a Senior Advisor in Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design at NAV IKT. She is Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager with master’s degree in Computer Science and background as a front-end developer. She advises on all areas of digital accessibility in the product development lifecycle process, including planning, design, development, testing, and procurement. Ina performs accessibility quality assurance on websites, native apps, digital content and documents against the legal requirements and standards. She has also participated in three upcoming standards: «Digitalisering og universell utforming – Inkluderende arbeidsliv», «Digitalisering og universellutforming i anskaffelsesprosessen» and the European standard «Accessible systems for living independently». Ina is a passionate advocate for accessible and inclusive digital products that do not create digital barriers but give good user experience to all users, no matter their abilities.

Ivan Merola

Mobile QA Engineer – Build38, Spain

Software QA engineer for 7+ years. I’ve worked with both desktop and mobile applications, automating with selenium, appium and playwright; and coding in java or typescript. I’ve been in big companies like Oracle but what I most enjoy is being in startup companies like now. Right now I’m working for a cybersecurity company and it’s been the most challenging experience. Testing what people isn’t supposed to be doing. Testing features added to an SDK with no UI interaction.

Alexander Gyulai

Director Software Quality Assurance – Auto1 Group, Germany

Hello, I’m Alexander Gyulai, currently the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Auto1 Group. I joined this dynamic company in 2016 as a QA Engineer and have since progressed to the director’s role, mirroring the company’s significant growth over these years.

My journey in the tech industry started nearly 15 years ago when I took on the role of a Software QA Engineer, which I initially considered as a temporary job. However, the fascinating world of technology captivated me, and I have been immersed in it ever since. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including enterprise document handling solutions and e-commerce. These experiences have not only honed my skills but also broadened my perspective on the potential of technology.

I am particularly enthusiastic about lean development, engineering productivity, and open-source software. Additionally, I have a keen interest in automation testing and tooling, which I believe significantly enhances team efficiency and the role of the QA engineer. I am a firm believer in the power of these elements to drive innovation and efficiency in the tech industry. I look forward to sharing my insights and learning from others at this conference.

Linda Van De Vooren

In daily life I am an amateur (baritone!) saxophonist, a servant to 17yr old cat, and an experienced software tester.

Living in the centre of Netherlands, you can find me exploring nature, visiting at a concert or the theatre. I enjoy working in complex environments, and do not shy away from a challenge, whether it be complexity through technical difficulties or because of a political environment. In any free time that is left, I am an avid gamer (Nintendo!) and enjoy reading (mostly fantasy, currently).

Hassan Bugti

I’m a Senior Test Analyst, Test Manager, QA Architect, QA Coach, a Leader and Change Agent who’s been working in the Financial Services industry since 2009. But that doesn’t tell the whole story. To be more specific, the majority of my career has been in the investment banking sector, which has exposed me to complex software solutions and entangled IT landscapes.

As an individual contributor to a team and organisation, I am passionate and engaged – capable of cooperating with vendors, end-users, external partners and across organisational layers. I pride myself on being systematic, organised and outgoing, and if need be, I use visual languages to communicate with my stakeholders. I know that people process information in various ways, so work to ensure that everyone is onboard.

I’m also a skilled stakeholder- and people-manager who constantly communicates, collaborates and aligns expectations across organizational levels and teams. I have acquired those skills working in a wide range of organisational setups. Some of the teams I worked on, I was the only tester, but I’ve also worked in larger setups where I was one amongst many.
