Dona Sarkar

Microsoft, USA

Dona believes that you are one experiment away from being your most powerful self at work. And yes, in life!

Currently at her day job, she’s running 100 experiments as the Chief Troublemaker of the Microsoft AI and Copilot Extensibility Program. Her goal is that people all over the world can use Microsoft’s AI and Copilot programs to reason over their OWN data and truly make AI useful for their business.

Dona’s also a keynote speaker (fave audience is corporate leaders like YOU), a multi-published author (it turns out fiction writing is useful in software!),  the owner of the ethical luxury fashion brand called Prima Dona Studios and she has recently become a wine bar co-owner and is studying to be a sommelier.

A few years ago, she was named one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Productive People and Cosmopolitan magazine’s Businessperson of the Year for her multi-faceted (aka weird) life.  And yes, she is always ready to get on a plane and come see YOU.

István Forgács

4Test-Plus, Hungary

István Forgács, PhD, has published numerous scientific articles. He is the lead author of three books. He introduced reliable domain and action-state test design techniques. He is the founder and CEO of 4Test-Plus. István was an author for the Advanced Test Analyst Working Group and a member of the Agile Working Group at ISTQB.

He developed an intelligent mutation testing framework to help testers enhance their test design skills. Additionally, he is the creator and key contributor of Harmony, the AI-powered test design automation tool. He was a keynote, invited, and regular speaker at several academic and industrial conferences.

Maryia Tuleika

Regent AB, Sweden

Maryia is a Quality Engineering Leader with a strong focus on backend testing and embedded systems. She leads testing initiatives, drives education programs and actively contributes to the Swedish testing community. As a mentor, speaker and podcast host, she helps new test professionals build their skills and confidence.

With experience spanning multiple industries, she brings a broad perspective on testing, prioritization and risk-based decision-making. She believes that great testing is about both technical excellence and knowing when to step back, think critically and enjoy the process.

Ana Duarte

I’m Ana Duarte, a writer, reader, and constant learner with a background in Communications and a strong drive for all things tech. I hold a BSc and a Master’s degree from Universidade da Beira Interior and Universidade do Porto, and I’ve honed my skills further with an Executive degree in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Innovation from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.

Currently, I’m a Technical Documentation Manager at Xray.

With a wide-ranging skill set, I’m driven by my passion for writing, media, innovation, and the intricate world of tech.

Fiona Østensvig

Gritera Quality, Norway

Fiona is professional test leader and advisor, and she loves to meet people and discuss diversity and collaboration.

How can we get better together? – is one of her mantras. She has given several workshops and talks at conferences in Europe and Norway. Fiona has also been an active board member in the Norwegian computer society for many years.

She was part of the group started up Odin, a testing conference in Norway. She has both held the role as program chair and is now a part of the programme committee.

Tone Molyneux

DNB, Norway

Tone has great passion for test, people, communication, and collaboration. She has many years of experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. She is concerned with diversity and interaction across groups. ”You are at your best when you work in a team”.

Tone has given several talks and workshops at various conferences, e.g. EuroSTAR where she, twice, has been on the program committee.

Tone has been an active board member in the Norwegian computer society for over 20 years. She has chaired the DND’s testing group, was one of the founders of Odin, a Norwegian software testing conference, and is also part of its programme committee.

Sami Söderblom

Qlarify, Finland

Sami Söderblom is one of the leading figures in Finnish software testing landscape, with over 20 years of experience across various business areas and recognition as National Tester of the Year in 2022. Specialising in context-driven testing, he has held leadership roles in some of the biggest companies in Finland. Recently, he co-founded Qlarify, a consultancy that helps companies up their quality game and transition to a bright, digital future. A regular presenter on national and international stages with over 50 events under his belt, including two EuroSTARs.

Anamika, a QA consultant with 10+ years in software testing and automation, leads Nagarro’s Emerging and Special Tech Practice. Passionate about inclusivity and equality, she explores AI-driven innovations to advance testing. Her focus is on delivering sustainable, accessible, high-quality solutions that empower diverse users across the evolving technology landscape.

Deepshikha, with 10+ years in software testing and quality engineering, heads Nagarro’s AI in Testing practice. She drives sustainable, AI-powered automation strategies that boost efficiency, optimize processes, and speed up delivery. Her expertise empowers organizations to achieve reliable, high-quality software while enhancing business value, performance, and long-term impact.

Sanne Visser

Praegus, The Netherlands

Sanne Visser is a test manager currently working in the Netherlands. She has over a decade of experience in software testing. Throughout her career she has worked on a wide variety of projects from insurance systems to railway software solutions. Her main technical focus is E2E testing in complex software systems. She was chairperson of the blockchain testing community from 2018 to 2021. Sanne is a part-time stoic and loves talking to her team about learning resilience using stoicism. Her motto is “Every effort is beautiful, you are what you do everyday.
