Rik Marselis

Principal Quality Consultant – Sogeti, Netherlands

Rik Marselis is principal quality consultant at Sogeti in the Netherlands. He is a well-appreciated presenter, trainer, author, consultant and coach who supported many organizations and people in improving their quality engineering practice by providing useful tools & checklists, practical support and having in-depth discussions. His presentations are always appreciated for their liveliness, his ability to keep the talks serious but light, and his use of practical examples with humorous comparisons. 

Rik is an accredited trainer for TMAP, ISTQB and TPI certification training courses, but also, he has created and delivered many bespoke workshops and training courses. For example, on Intelligent Machines and DevOps testing. 

Rik is a fellow of Sogeti’s R&D network SogetiLabs. These R&D activities result in presentations, books, white-papers, articles, podcasts and blogs about IT in general and quality engineering in particular. In 2020 his latest book “Quality for DevOps teams” was presented. 

Anne Colder

Anne Colder is a passionate test automation engineer, who entered the world of testing as a molecular life scientist and philosopher looking for new challenges. Anne’s sharp and studious mind combined with broad social skills allowed her to face these challenges and to grow from testing into test automation and development. After several projects and companies she currently works at the Rabobank where she solves automation challenges and engages in several professional communities. Always sharing knowledge and experience, she maintains a vlog as one of the Dutch Test Amigas.

Jantien Van der Meer

Test Specialist – Bartosz ICT, Netherlands

After my education Humans & Informatics, I started my career as test consultant in 2007. Now, 12 years later, I still get a lot of energy and joy from my job as a test specialist. My wide area of interests and enormous curiosity, e.g. in new systems, environments, people, and ways of working, enable me to keep developing myself, and let myself be amazed by the world around me. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and ideas, and thus draw others into my passion for the profession.

I thoroughly enjoy challenges: Whether it is getting into the code, supporting my team to become more ‘quality infected’ or participating in the national championship software testing.

Gáspár Nagy

Gáspár Nagy is the creator of SpecFlow, regular conference speaker, blogger, editor of the BDD Addict monthly newsletter, and co-author of the books “Discovery: Explore behaviour using examples” and “Formulation: Document examples with Given/When/Then“.

Gáspár is an independent coach, trainer and test automation expert focusing on helping teams implementing BDD and SpecFlow. He has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software development and has worked as an architect and agile developer coach.

Kristoffer Nordstrom

Consultant – Northern Test Consulting, Sweden

Kristoffer Nordström is a Test Developer that in his career has worked with technologies such as Telecommunications System, Distributed Compilers, Cloud technology, Cryptocurrency, Smartphone OS development, Embedded systems, and much more. A testing devotee and passionate member of the test community who with his own company, consults and teaches the class Python for Testers because he believes in tools-assisted sapient testing. 

Tina Christin Syversen

Quality Engineer – Sopra Steria, Norway

Tina is a quality engineer working in Sopra Steria Norway. She loves to test, secure the quality of systems and teach testing and test techniques to other colleagues. What Tina does in her projects ranges from a bit of programming, testing – static and dynamic, and improving the different processes so that her team can deliver quality and value to their customers. In addition to this Tina likes to share her experiences, and also learn new ways of working by reading books and articles and taking different certifications. 

Prabhuram Govindarajan

Test Architect – Cognizant, Netherlands

Prabhu is a solution architect at Cognizant Technology Solutions. He has worked for customers across Continental Europe. He has seen the evolution of tools & methodologies in the last 16 years. He started his career as a test automation engineer, then evolved into a consultant and architect. Prabhu builds new-age solutions in the space of AI, IoT and implements them at various industries.

He has done many presentations for Cognizant and spoken at conferences in the Netherlands.

Promoting technology & culture of quality. Adonis lives in the Netherlands and is involved in assuring quality for leading customers in a fast, up scaled environment for more than a decade. He is passionate about making testing simpler and more interesting for everyone in the team. He embraces change and bringing in innovation and technology to his daily work is his forte.

Adonis is a firm believer that technology achieves its full potential when used from a human perspective. He finds nothing more satisfying than providing right solutions to his customers solving their problems in a creative way. 

Adonis is passionate about speaking in conferences and has spoken in several Testing meetups and conferences including, TestNet, Testdag, TAPOST, Belgium Testing Days, Testcon, EuroSTAR, Romania Test Conference, etc.

Jeffrey Fredrick

Director – Reflect Adapt, UK

Jeffrey Fredrick is an internationally recognised expert in software development and has over twenty-five years’ experience covering both sides of the business/technology divide. An early adopter of XP and Agile practices, Jeffrey has been a conference speaker in the US, Europe, India and Japan. Through his work on the pioneering open-source project CruiseControl, and through his role as co-organiser of the Continuous Integration and Testing Conference (CITCON), he has had a global impact on software development. Jeffrey’s Silicon Valley experience includes roles as Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of Engineering, and Chief Evangelist. He has also worked as an independent consultant on topics including corporate strategy, product management, marketing, and interaction design. Jeffrey is currently Managing Director in London at TIM, an Acuris Company. He also runs the London Organisational Learning Meetup and is a CTO mentor through CTO Craft. His book Agile Conversations, with co-author Douglas Squirrel, was published in 2020 by IT Revolution.

Douglas Squirrel​ has been coding for forty years and has led software teams for twenty. He uses the power of conversations to create dramatic productivity gains in technology organisations of all sizes. Squirrel’s experience includes growing software teams as a CTO in startups from fintech to biotech to music, and everything in between; consulting on product improvement at over 100 organisations in the UK, US, Australia, and Europe; and coaching a wide variety of leaders in improving their conversations, aligning to business goals, and creating productive conflict. He lives in Frogholt, England, in a timber-framed cottage built in the year 1450.
