Nancy Kelln

Exploratory Test Manager – Unimagined Testing, Canada

A passionate Exploratory Test Manager with over 20 years of diverse IT experience, Nancy enjoys working with teams that are implementing or enhancing their testing practices and provides adaptive testing approaches to exploratory, context driven, and traditional testing teams. She has coached test teams in various environments and facilitated numerous local and international workshops and presentations. From small scale to multi-million-dollar projects; Nancy has played many roles within testing including Project Test Manager, Test Manager, Test Lead and Tester. Her most recent work has been exclusively with Exploratory Testing implementations at large scale companies.

Gáspár Nagy

Gáspár Nagy is the creator of SpecFlow, regular conference speaker, blogger, editor of the BDD Addict monthly newsletter, and co-author of the books “Discovery: Explore behaviour using examples” and “Formulation: Document examples with Given/When/Then”. Gáspár is an independent coach, trainer and test automation expert focusing on helping teams implementing BDD and SpecFlow. He has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software development as he worked as an architect and agile developer coach.

Jackie McDougall

Director of Quality – Planisware, USA

Jackie is an experienced IT QA Director with over 25 years’ experience in IT and software testing. Currently engaged as Director of Quality, North America for Planisware, she has previously held senior roles in roles with IQVIA, Aegon, Sopra Steria, and Initiative Software. She has presented at the User Conference for Advanced Automated Testing (UCAAT) and previous EuroSTAR Testing Conferences, and and was a committee member of the Scottish Testing Group until moving to the US. She has published various articles on testing, business intelligence and test data privacy. She has BA in English Language and Literature, and a Master of Science in Information Technology, both completed at Glasgow University. She grew up in Glasgow, Scotland, and is married with two boys. Now living in Princeton, New Jersey, she enjoys running, listening to music, learning to play drums, drawing, cooking, and reading.

Michael Bolton

Founder / CEO – DevelopSense, Canada

Michael Bolton is a consulting software tester and testing teacher who helps people to solve testing problems that they didn’t realize they could solve. In 2006, he became co-author (with James Bach) of Rapid Software Testing (RST), a methodology and mindset for testing software expertly and credibly in uncertain conditions and under extreme time pressure. Since then, he has flown over a million miles to teach RST in 35 countries on six continents. Michael has over 30 years of experience testing, developing, managing, and writing about software. For over 20 years, he has led DevelopSense, a Toronto-based testing and development consultancy. Prior to that, he was with Quarterdeck Corporation for eight years, during which he managed the company’s flagship products and directed project and testing teams both in-house and around the world. Szilard is a Senior Consultant of DevOps Practice for Telco Business at Eficode. He is passionate about Telco Cloud transformation and helping CSP’s capture the full value of 5G through DevOps. 
Szilard has proven track record in large scale Telco DevOps Transformation Programs. He is also an assessor, trainer, facilitator and coach in Test Automation and Testing Process improvement area. As a SAFe 5.0 SPC He is running successful training and coaching sessions.
As a conference speaker Szilard is ready to share his view and knowledge with Testing Fellows, that is based on 21 years of industry experience and multitude of certificates held.
To give back to the Testing Community, Szilard is active in ISTQB as the Working Group Chair of Processes Management and Compliance of ISTQB, and the former President of the Hungarian Testing Board. He is also an active member of HUSTEF, UCAAT and TheDevOps Conferences Programme Committee, and in 2021.

Johan Jonasson

Operational Excellence Lead – Arriver/Qualcomm, Sweden

Johan is a long-time tester turned engineering manager, based in Linköping, Sweden. His professional testing career started in 2006 and he’s spent the majority of the years since then in various regulated industries, primarily medical imaging and automotive active safety. Having worked in the automotive industry since 2016, he recently joined Qualcomm’s automotive subsidiary Arriver, as their Operational Excellence Lead.

Sofie has worked 10+ years in various management roles within software development with the main focus on test. She is based in Linköping, Sweden, and has many years of experience in building and leading teams located in different countries collaborating in an Agile fashion. She has a strong belief in Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles. Sofie has been in the automotive industry since 2017. Currently she is the Sweden Tech Site Manager at Veoneer.

Seema is Head of QA at MotorK. She has been a tester for more than 17 year in various domains such as finance, social care, telecom, and ecommerce. Her main focus is on establishing sustainable processes, leadership, coaching, and mentoring team members. She has recently started to explore the world of speaking with the idea of sharing her experience, and learning more. Having explored the world of testing from the ground up, learning aspects of testing and exploring the use of tools to make it better, she loves to talk about the human side of testing. She is also a Certified Agile Coach, which enables her to coach and mentor teams to embed the best agile in projects.
