In this role, I meticulously conduct testing activities on the volatility and foreign exchange modules of Murex’s capital markets software, to uphold and enhance the product’s quality and excellence.Beyond my central duties, I harbor a keen interest in expanding the horizons of software testing by integrating insights from varied disciplines, aiming to cultivate a more nuanced and enriched testing environment. Martin Nilsson

Martin has been in the test profession for over a decade with a broad experience from embedded software to cloud, from test automation to exploratory testing, from consulting large organisations to educating testers. He started out his career in Ericsson Mobile Platforms and have spent the last decade at the consulting company House of Test. Today he consults organisations as a Test Manager with focus on enabling a good way of working with software quality. He is on a crusade to make sure that educated testers get to do the advanced testing they are capable of.

In his free time, when he can find an hour or two, he loves tinkering with technology with his main hobby being 3d printing and playing games with his kids.

Khimanand Upreti, Director of Quality Assurance at Nagarro. At Software house Nagarro, I have been leading and driving the strategy for the testing centre of excellence and the testing business unit. My passion in testing ranges from QA consulting, QA strategies, thought leadership and also on new digitalization topics, such as testing of artificial intelligence, DevTestOps, continuous testing, or quality assurance of chatbots and so on. So basically, any testing topic that is innovative and brings efficiency in testing solutions is of my interest.

I started my testing journey almost 19 years back at an Indian consulting firm and after that I moved to AUS where, after spending many years while working on testing topics, I joined Nagarro. Today I have worked in many geographies across globe including Europe, US, middle east and so on, primarily driving the testing topic, testing research and strategies. So this was me professionally. Personally, I live in Delhi, India and I am married and have two little cute daughters.

Mark Micallef

Associate Professor – University of Malta, Malta

Mark is a software testing researcher, lecturer and occasional practitioner. Whilst his day job is now focused mostly on academic aspects of the field, Mark has worked and consulted for companies internationally, spoken at industry conferences such as the Google Test Automation conferences and has a doctorate in software engineering. Today, Mark spends most of his time looking into open problems in software testing with a particular focus on the human tester.

Szilard Szell

Szilard is a DevOps Transformation Lead, Test Coach and SAFe 6.0 SPC at Eficode. He has years of experience with DevOps transformation especially in the telco industry. He also worked as a team lead, assessor, trainer, facilitator, and coach in test automation and testing process improvement areas.

Szilard is very much involved in the testing community. He is active in the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) working groups and a member of the Hungarian Software Testing Board (HTB). For many years, Szilard have been working on and supporting conferences like HUSTEF, UCAAT, and EuroSTAR, and Eficode’s very own The DevOps Conference (TDOC). In his personal life, he enjoys kayaking on the sea, playing with LEGO and being tested by his teenage daughter 🙂

Ina Tsvetkova is a Senior Advisor in Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design at NAV IKT. She is Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager with master’s degree in Computer Science and background as a front-end developer. She advises on all areas of digital accessibility in the product development lifecycle process, including planning, design, development, testing, and procurement. Ina performs accessibility quality assurance on websites, native apps, digital content and documents against the legal requirements and standards. She has also participated in three upcoming standards: «Digitalisering og universell utforming – Inkluderende arbeidsliv», «Digitalisering og universellutforming i anskaffelsesprosessen» and the European standard «Accessible systems for living independently». Ina is a passionate advocate for accessible and inclusive digital products that do not create digital barriers but give good user experience to all users, no matter their abilities.
